Data Collection
COLOR ROT does not require an account and does not collect personal information for advertising or tracking.
App Data
The app saves your color history, mutation records, birth seed, timestamps, and related app state so your organism can continue evolving.
iCloud
If iCloud is available, COLOR ROT may use iCloud to sync your organism and color history across your Apple devices. This data is associated with your Apple ID through Apple’s services and is not used by MakeAwesome for advertising.
Weather and Location
COLOR ROT may request location access to obtain local weather. Weather may influence color mutation. If location access is denied, the app still works using time, date, history, and chance.
Notifications
COLOR ROT may request permission to send occasional local reminders. Notifications are optional and can be disabled in iOS Settings.
Analytics and Tracking
COLOR ROT does not use third-party advertising trackers. COLOR ROT does not sell user data.
